The idea of associates handling their own problems without bringing in the management would be huge. Often times are quick to bring problems, but too few times are they bringing a solution. Its important for grown people in a work environment, to understand that we are all trying to be successful, and sometimes we all may but heads. At the end of the day though, its about every single person here who wants to succeed, and what they are willing to do for it. Don’t be afraid to speak, communicate and take ownership of your own.
